1. Open "Group Policy" (Start | Run | gpedit.msc)
2. On this window,enter "Local Computer Policy | User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Ctrl + Alt + Del Options"
3. Double click "Remove Task Manager",then Change it to "Disable" option's
4. Press OK
