1. Right click on the desktop, choose Personalize
2. Click "Window Color And Appreance" option's, click botton "Advanced" to open "Advanced Personalizations"
3. On the "Item" part, scroll down the option's, then choose "Border Padding", now you can customize the size of it
4. Try it now, And restart computer
