Add '' Run As.." Function to ".CMD" And ".BAT" File Authentification On XP

1. Open Notepad
2. Type this script :
Windows Registry Editor version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\cmdfile\shell\run as\command]
@="\"%1\"%*".

3. And type this script too :
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Batfile\shell\run as\command]
@="\"%1\"%*".

4. Save it with name cmd_bat_runas.reg,then merge it.
