Access The Control Panel From Context Menu On Vista

1. Open Registry Editor
2. Enter key " HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT | Directory | Background | Shell "
3. Then make a new entry (key),give it name "command".
4. Edit it (Right click | modify), fill Value Data with rundll32.exe,shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL.
5. Exit from it and check it.
