1. Open Registry Editor
2. Enter key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | Software | Microsoft | Shared Tools | Msconfig"
3. See the right window, just "default" entry, now make a new entry ( Edit | New | StringValue ),and give it name " BOOT.INI "
4. Restart Computer and See MsConfig After that
