1. Open Group Policy Object Editor (Start | Run | GPEdit.msc)
2. Open "Computer Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Windows Messenger"
3. Right click on "Do not automatically start windows initially" and Choose Properties,then choose Enable.
4. Close it.
